Branding

Branding

I led the rebrand for Four Nine, a social media company looking to refresh its identity with a visual direction that felt female-focused, confident, and fun.

To develop the concept, I explored and tested a range of creative routes before landing on a Y2K internet-inspired aesthetic. I felt this direction would resonate most strongly with the brand’s target audience, drawing on the nostalgia, energy, and playfulness of early internet culture while still feeling contemporary.

The final identity embraced these influences throughout the branding system, with the logo offering multiple opportunities to lean into the theme across different applications. The client responded extremely positively to the concept and particularly loved the versatility of the logo and the various ways it could be used to express the brand’s personality.
